The Service may include a system of faith points, rewards, and achievements. These are provided for entertainment and engagement purposes only and have no monetary value. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the points and rewards system at any time. Points and rewards are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other consideration. We are not responsible for any loss or deletion of points or rewards due to technical issues, account termination, or other circumstances.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account deletion features, if available. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Prevail App operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against us.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Prevail App.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Prevail App regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter hereof.
